Build on your lot and Floor Plan

Shaffer Homes can build on your current lot/land that you have. If you already own your lot/land, then you have already completed the first step in the custom build process. If you do not own a lot/land, don’t worry. Many clients come to us searching for the location of their next dream home. We can work with your realtor or connect you to a realtor that can help you find a lot or piece of land to buy in preparation for your new home. If you are purchasing a lot in a neighborhood, be sure to check that you have the autonomy to use whatever builder your prefer and are not restricted to a certain builder.
