Typically, our projects are completed in between 4-8 months. This is subject to change as we have experienced some supply chain delays as well as weather conditions causing delays.

Shaffer Homes can work off your custom plans. As an added convenience for our clients, we have multiple in-house plans as well that you can look at in our office. Any plans can be changed to accommodate your desires.

We have multiple plans for you to choose from. If you don’t see something you like, we can put you in touch with our people that can design your dream home.

Because we build mostly custom homes, pricing varies on the client’s needs and wants. For example, a client may want additional work that may not be important to another client. The best way to get a price estimate is to request a consultation with our team to find out your needs and wants and give you an approximate cost per sq. foot to build your home.

We do not provide financing. The client obtains the construction loan. We have trusted lenders that we work with and can put you in contact with.
